Time it will take to receive prints: Print will take 5-10 Business days to be made and sent to the email address you check out with.

A5 (14.8 x 21cm) $75.00
A4 (21 x 29.7cm) $100.00
A3 (29.7 x 42cm) $115.00
A2 (42 x 59.4cm) $130.00
Colour options: You can choose to have your custom print match the Earth and Fire collection tones, or have a colour scheme chosen for you. If you wish to have a statement colour, please upload a colour swatch in custom print form provided after purchase. Slight colour choices and alterations can be made (example can my dogs collar be pink not red)
Photo Options and Description: Prints will be made based off photos you upload. As your photo will be used as a base to sketch off positions of the face and body can’t be altered. Slight changes can be made as seen in description photos or different choice of background can be made.
Returns or exchanges: This is a downloaded item, so returns or exchanges aren’t accepted. However if you are unhappy with part of your custom print amendments can be made and re-sent to you.
What you get/ Note: Frame is not included. You will get a Custom Print based off your choice of size, colour and media you upload or place in the description.
Custom Print Availability: As Custom Prints take time to make only a certain amount of Prints will be available to order at a time. Check out Tones By Gina social pages to see when custom prints will be available again.
